In most cases, yes. We have worked with Bloomerang, Raiser's Edge, DonorPerfect, and Salesforce. If your system has an API, we can almost certainly work with it. We do not recommend switching CRMs unless there is a compelling reason to do so independent of this engagement.

Yes. Everything we build lives in your systems and belongs to your organization. If you end the engagement, the system keeps running. You are not dependent on us to operate it.

Messy data is usually not a blocker. AI can work with imperfect data in ways that would have required manual cleanup a few years ago. Misspelled city names, inconsistent formatting, gaps in records are largely manageable. What matters is that the data exists and lives somewhere accessible. We will tell you honestly in discovery if we see something that would genuinely limit what we can build.
